Help with signing

To sign a document, click the Review & Sign button in your email. You'll be taken to a secure page where you can:

  1. Adopt your signature (type or draw it).
  2. Click each highlighted field on the document to fill it in.
  3. Press Finish to submit. A signed copy is emailed to you immediately.

If a field doesn't appear, try refreshing the page. If the link won't open, copy it from the email and paste it into your browser address bar.

Declining to sign or reporting an email

If you received a signature request you did not expect, or you do not wish to sign, you have two options:

Submitting opens your email client to send the report to abuse@bzalo.com.

Managing notifications

Zalo sends three kinds of email:

  • Signature requests — these are required for the document workflow and cannot be turned off while a request is pending.
  • Completion receipts — sent once a document is fully signed.
  • Product updates — occasional updates from us. You can stop these any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email, or via the form below.
